Consultants and advisory firms
Structure AI system documentation packages for client review, internal delivery, or external assessment.
Berly helps make AI compliance work reviewable.
Berly is a desktop AI compliance documentation tool for consultants, lawyers, compliance teams, privacy and risk teams, and AI product teams that need to turn an identified AI system into structured documentation, supporting evidence, review notes, audit history, and exportable documentation packages.
Berly is built for the documentation layer of AI compliance work. It helps teams organize what an AI system does, what data it uses, where human review happens, what evidence supports the record, and what needs to be exported for review.
Berly is not an AI inventory scanner, production monitoring platform, or legal decision system. It sits between AI inventory and professional review.
Structure AI system documentation packages for client review, internal delivery, or external assessment.
Review organized records, supporting evidence, human review notes, and exportable documentation packages without starting from scattered files.
Keep AI system records, evidence, review history, and framework mapping in one documentation workspace.
Document how an AI system works, where people stay in the loop, and what evidence supports the record before professional review.
Berly helps organize system purpose, users, workflow context, data notes, human review points, and supporting materials.
Berly helps users link supporting evidence to documentation claims and flag items for human review.
Berly can suggest draft language from project context, but users approve, edit, or reject suggestions before anything is saved.
Berly helps organize risk-related documentation, impact assessment materials, risk register notes, and review notes.
Berly keeps review notes and change history so the documentation process is easier to explain later.
Berly exports structured PDF packages with supporting evidence, review notes, and change history.
Berly is designed to support professional judgment, not replace it.
Berly supports documentation workflows across selected AI governance frameworks and references.
AI-assisted drafting and evidence review should remain subject to human approval and professional judgment.
Berly focuses on records, evidence, review notes, and exports rather than broad governance claims.
Berly is a downloadable desktop app with no user account required for the product workflow.
Berly is available now for Windows 10/11. Mac support is planned, but no release date is confirmed.
The goal is to make AI compliance work easier to inspect, explain, and hand to the right reviewer.

View deadlinesHello, and thanks for taking a look at Berly.
I'm Matt. I think of myself as a builder first. I like taking complicated, frustrating workflows and turning them into tools that are easier to use, easier to explain, and easier to trust.
I believe people should stay in control of important decisions. Software should support human judgment, not hide important work behind a black box or pretend judgment can be automated away.
That belief is the foundation behind Berly. AI compliance work is becoming real, but the records behind it can be hard to keep organized. What the system does, what evidence supports the record, where review happened, what changed, and what still needs attention can easily end up scattered.
Berly is my attempt to make that work clearer and more reviewable, while keeping professional judgment where it belongs, with people.
If you work around AI governance, privacy, compliance, legal operations, HR tech, or advisory services, I would genuinely value your feedback.
